Very Comfortable
Very good and comfortable to wear. The extension cords could be a little longer, fine if you are a racing snake but for those of us who have eaten all the pies it does not clip to the chest straps. Still, good incentive for me to shed a few pounds. Edit: I had a slight issue with my bag and emailed Wolffepack asking for assistance. The response I got was nothing short of astonishing. I am very very happy to support the company and will be buying the larger pack in the near future. Stunning customer service and a very good product. Can I buy shares!!!

Fun novelty item.
Well, I bought this on offer so the price is ok-ish but still high for a "novelty" backpack. Space is limited for the 18L. The backpack fitting is snug which is good for moving/cycling. The wire lines and the release for moving the pack to the front is ok once you get the hang of it. I would have given 3 stars at the full price, 5 stars if much cheaper or if the space is bigger. (as one pays something for the novelty and the wire system). Hence 4 star. (I know there is the slightly larger version but having the zip on the outside and the two pockets is useful. In short. a bit of a novelty item. I shall see how long it lasts.

Any bag requiring video instructions is a problem!
I live in London, commute and the idea of a bag that you can just twist around your body to lean your against seats on trains etc. felt like a great innovation. Its not really that good or useful in practise. :-(. Firstly you MUST try the bag out at home to understand it. Watch the videos, twice! You also need loads of room for your arms to swing and activate the locking system. This is not easy on a packed train or platform. Once you have undertaken several practices at home to understand it, actual use on the street is mixed. Sometimes the locking mechinism just will not release, other times it wont fasten. You also look stupid when messing with it, best just give up and "reset" it at home. When closing the bag, reaching for the pull cord is very cumbersome. The pull cord contains the "switching" mechinism and you will find it difficult to reach for it, pull up a heavier bag and not accidentally mess up the catch system by depressing the red catch on the pull cord. Its just a faff, and not really worth the benefit. Capacity wise not great. But fine for a laptop and a bottle of water etc. However here lies another problem! If its a little heavy, you need to fasten the chest clasp of the bag, or it tends to move around rather than close, I hate chest clasps! To be fair all round, the bag has worked well 50 % of the time, and those who witness it working seem to think its a great idea. I toyed with returning it but didnt. Sometimes that decision comes back to haunt me.

Great Backpack
Great gadget backpack does what it says it does swings round easily and retracts just like it says it does, no more pulling it on or off once you have it on your back just relase the catch and swing it round to the front. I use it for photography and it's very handy having access to the backpack without having to remove it

Great Idea but the release cord just wasnt 100% when operating, several members of the family tried. with the same result. (not always releasing first time) The pity was that I was so keen to show everyone. At £124 it just wasnt value for money. I bought a great back pack from Sports direct £12 that says it all

Great work rucsac, great customer service
I have had a Wolffepack Escape for 3 years now, and it has delivered sterling service. As a backpack that gets used daily for walking into work and home, and travelling, it is well designed in terms of pockets etc., and has plenty of room for a laptop, associated cables etc. notebooks and papers - basically more stuff that I would really want to carry. It has stayed smart during all that time, and I am happy to take it to clients etc. - where it generates a degree of interest that other rucsacs do not. I have had a couple of issues - one early on was with the mechanism for lowering the bag, which was quickly resolved, and then with the zip failing after two years of use and abuse from me. Both were handled really quickly by the Wolffepack team, and have been resolved incredibly quickly, which was great customer service. I am glad to be able to keep using the product !

Mixed judgement
In their advertising it looks easier and more practical than it is in reality
