You can undo the garment at the bottom so going to the loo is easy. It’s great under tight dresses. I wore quite a thin fitted dress and the only part that showed was the part of the straps that adjust. Under average and thicker materials nothing shows.

Hi I am a size 10 bust and hip and I got small, I would suggest a medium as it's a tight material also, it's a bit thick not of a light material like others on the market but it's really good ,hopefully this is helpful

Yes , there are hooks at the crouch area, really easy to go to the toilet
