Mineral Matrix (1.44kg) from Goat whey Brand: St Francis

The last review was on the mark- I mix this with goat milk and it has a most pleasant, almost chocolate like flavor. I like this goat mineral whey much better than the one from California. I think the environment in Canada is much purer and lends for a much cleaner, healthier product. Excellent to add electrolytes to the system.

I was introduced to this product at Mountain Trek spa where after our evening workout, everyone had a tsp or so of this whey goat protein powder with a probiotic as well. What I love is that it TASTES great!!!! Kind of like Ovaltine - mountain trek always sources the very best products and this was one of my favorites. Just be sure to refrigerate or the powder hardens!!
