The reason for this is that she now no longer has to take a separate probiotic or vitamin C supplement. I have heard of this supplement brand, but never tried any of their products. I decided to order this Zinc Complex due to moving from Florida to DC, and this being my first Northern winter; ever, in my life.I need all the good immune boosting vitamins and minerals I can get. I'm also a restaurant manager with an inconsistent schedule and horrible eating habits, hence, the added need for a supplement like this.I have been taking this for about a week, and I have to say, I really like it. Usually, I base a supplement's efficacy on if it makes me feel unwell or fatigued. This supplement has done neither. The brand is reputable and I will continue to order and take this supplement through the winter months. I highly recommend.

Normally I go to the vitamin Shoppe and buy my zinc. Thought I would try a different brand online and was not happy at all.

I’ve been wanting to have zinc on hand for cold and flu season and just never took the time to get them or I would forget to it. This year I want to be ready. I seem to always get something every winter. These capsules are like any other capsule size. For me, they’re easy to swallow but I don’t have an issue with swollen capsules. I know they run you about a dollar a day but it’s not like they hide the price from you buy them.
