Crushed velvet side is super smooth and soft, color is just gorgeous, lightweight for summer yet warm enough for cooler weather in California. I sleep with just sheet and this bedspread . Stitching is dark green on both sides , matches material perfectly. Back side feels cool and soft almost like Pima cotton . Washes up beautifully. No shrinkage at all.Downside- barely covers width of my king bed , length is perfect . I bought new king pillows for shams but shams are very large and require large thicker pillows , otherwise they look sloppy.

The velvety texture is nice and from the photo you can see my cat approves! The material is thin with plush texture on one side and a fabric backing, but any heavier and it would likely be too warm for every season and a winter only blanket. The stitching is quality as well and tit drapes nicely, fitting my queen size bed perfectly. I was hoping the green would be a darker green from the look of the advertised photo, however it looks nice and is the right olive tone to go with my color scheme.

The color should be different from my previous purchase of the corduroy quilt coverlet. It’s the same exact color except my previous purchase said dark gray. I bought it because the pattern was different and the color was different. I think the description is misleading and the comforter is not worth the price paid.

Looks and feels like a moving blanket

I’m not the best at making the bed so forgive me haha but I LOVE this set, it’s warm and soft on both sides. The fibers will relax and shift as you move the blanket. It looks very pretty in person.I purchased a queen size for my queen bed. My bed is low profile and it doesn’t drape too much. If you had a higher bed sizing up would be the best idea. I was surprised by the quality and feel. Just enough blanket for hot sleepers.The pillow cases are roomy, perfect for those big puffy pillows.Stitching and quality are great. No smell or sign of usage. I received a brand new set. I was pleased that it was vacuum sealed, that gave me great peace of mind as buying bedding on line can be scary.
