Although I am yet to try any recipes, it’s a nice introduction to herbal remedies.Despite the authors interest in Wicca, I’m glad it did not go into the spiritual works of herbal remedies. It remained factual, informational and it was simple without any overwhelm.The listing of tried and reputable herbal outlets at the end of the book was a great addition.I’m happy with my purchase, however I do not recommend for any avid herbalists as this is very much a gentle introduction book.

This book is beautifully written and contains a wealth of easy to understand detail around herbs and many practical uses and recipe. I had the privilege of being on a retreat with the author recently which inspired me to buy the book as I was eager to learn more myself and having seen her herbal skills and knowledge in action, she truly is mother nature incarnated in human form and it shines in this little beauty of a book.Can't wait to try out some of the tea infusions and beauty product alternatives :)

A wonderful book. It is so easy to read and follow and is written with such a warmth and love for nature and plants. Brigit is an incredible guide into the world of plants and nature connection and this book is a great introduction to getting to know and use plants in your everyday life. Highly recommended.

I have been following Brigit online for several years and have been hoping she would write a book and share her knowledge & wisdom with her followers. This book comes from a love of nature and plant remedies and is one I will certainly make good use of.It is a simple and accessible book. The layout and index make it easy to select either a specific plant or topic.In my opinion, the only thing that could enhance this lovely book would be the addition of some of Brigit’s gorgeous photos.💚 🌹 🌱 🌳 💐 🌿
