This model of Nokia is actually pretty simple and comes with a very limited function just to be put under the category of cell phones. The only thing I disliked about this model is a front camera. Otherwise The product is literally very efficient and is the best in the range for either old people or students for minimum distraction.

Perfect item for kids above 10 and elders citizens. But please note that this phone will not support jio aims as the phone is not 4g, also is it made of very strongly and lightweight material, not much Sound quality but okay, very neat operating system and easy to use...

There is no proper warranty claim process for this phone. After facing an issue, I contacted the local authorized service center, and they informed me that warranty claims are not available for this feature phone. When I contacted Amazon, they told me to go back to the local shop and ask for a denial letter. This is completely unreasonable. Why should the customer run back and forth between the seller and the service center? If a product develops a problem after purchase and there is no clear warranty support, the customer ends up stuck with no solution. This is unacceptable and reflects poor after-sales support.
