I require electrolytes almost daily due to chronic leg cramps and prefer body armor for best taste, dissolvability and effectiveness at the most affordable price. It doesn't matter the flavor; the electrolyte hydration and relief is immediate with absolutely NO after taste. I have purchased this product more than a dozen times in the past year and find the product consistently delivers best hydration with zero sugar and no unnecessary additives. I am an avid subscriber and highly recommend BodyArmor Electrolyte Packets over other competitive brands for best value for money, effectiveness, purity of ingredients and great hydration.

Started throwing these in my gym bag after getting wrecked by a couple hot outdoor workouts this summer and wanting something faster then just chugging water afterward. Taste is the standout here, cucumber lime is light and not overly sweet, doesn't have that gross aftertaste a lot of electrolyte powders leave behind. Solubility is genuinely good too, shake it in a water bottle for maybe 10 seconds and its fully dissolved, no gritty residue sitting at the bottom like some other stick packs I've tried. Hydration wise I can tell a difference on the days I use one after a long run versus just plain water, less of that sluggish afternoon crash. Ingredients list is straightforward, zero sugar and you can actually pronounce whats in it, which matters to me since I'm picky about what I'm dumping into my water. Only complaint is the quantity per box is on the lower side for how often I'd want to use these, ended up needing to reorder sooner then expected. Solid hydration mix if you want something that actually tastes good and mixes clean.

I have tried many, many electrolyte drinks over the years, and this by far is my favorite. They have multiple flavors, but I'm a big fan of BodyArmor in general. Their BodyArmor lytes have 0 sugar and are great for diabetics and for those that are very active. I play a lot of tennis and am prone to dehydration headaches. After I started using these, the headaches have disappeared. I swear by these packs!

I have really enjoyed adding sugar free electrolyte flavorings to my daily water intake. The BODYARMOR packets dissolved very easily and did not feel like it thickened the water (thank goodness). The taste is great if you’re looking for a more lime heavy flavor! The cucumber seems like it hides a bit for me. I will be trying other flavors from this brand.

This was my first time purchasing this brand of electrolytes. My eight year old daughter loved the flavor. I found it to be a little sour for my taste but overall we liked the cucumber flavor and will be purchasing again.

I liked this flavor very much. It’s different but very good. No sugar and uses Stevia for the sweetening so it is more healthy. Also provides great immune support.

Taste great

I drink a lot of water and flush the electrolytes from my system, then I get dizzy. Added one of these to my daily water and it really helps. Great flavor, husband says they are to salty for him, but I don't notice it.
