Not sure why I keep buying stuff to measure temp and humidity, but I have about 6 devices in my apartment and one at work. Some weird compulsion I guess. So far these work well. They match within a degree and a couple % points when compared to my other devices. The numbers are easy to see and the smiley face serves as a trustworthy guide for when you should and should not feel comfortable.

I bought these so I keep better track of the bathroom and bedroom temperature for my newborn. I do not have a temperature controlled heater in my home. Only a portable space heater. So I needed something reliable for my baby's safety. A room that is too hot or too cold is not safe for a newborn.

When our heating system died in autumn, I wanted a way to peg the general temperature of certain rooms in our house whenever there was a concern of the pipes freezing. This set of two room thermometers has proven very useful! They are small and magnetic and very convenient to use. I might buy another set for other rooms in the house, even now that our heating situation is fixed, as I have found it convenient to know the general temperature of things around here.
