I agree with the person who reviewed.Chapter 8 at bottom says to avoid garlic. Chapter 9 says garlic is good for you. ??????? Did anyone bother to proofread this?

The translation is awful - so bad in fact that many passages are impossible to understand. Don't waste your money on this book
