The tool is a good design. However, of the many attachments, none really fit the back of my Swiss Army watch. I found one that would work but it was a struggle to keep it in the grooves.

It did work, it was kind of hard to adjust all three prongs.

This product was not as pictured on Amazon. The photo would lead you to believe it includes the yellow plastic watch holder, but all that I received was the case remover tool and the variety of pins for different watch backs. It works OK, but I ordered the kit to get the convenience of the watch holder.

This is just what I expected

It works well for the price and opened most of my watches. Pay attention to the max size (37mm). It will not work on some larger diameter watches.

This is an excellent product getting poor reviews by those who can't figure out that you have to turn the knurled handle to open the jaws up. It would fit Big Ben if you knew how to work the simplest of things. Plus it's easy to figure out that to hold the excellent selection of 'bit's in place they have to be pressed and turned a little bit.

I thought that control of this tool could be eassy.1. To be able to adjust the prongs at the head or top portion of this tool both the right and left sides,. No problem there. At lower portion of this tool the third prong does not adjust up or down to be able to open the back of watches of different sizes along with the two top prongs. I thought that all three of these prongs were adjustable to the sides and up and down ? Hope you understand ?

This doesn't work on moderate to larger watches. The maximum size it worked on were smaller watches. Very limited use because of that
