Great for putting under your back to stretch out your lumbar region but in terms of sleeping it's better suited to a 5'11 180lbs or bigger man than a 5'4 130lb woman. If you're too light it's got zero give. Use this with a breathable pillow queen case to take full advantage of the honeycomb gelcase, silk is optimal and doesn't slide because the gel is grippy.

This pillow was not helpful for me at all. It was way too firm. It did not relieve any pain for me, if anything it added to it. Plus, the weird texture of it made marks on my cheek. It may be alright for someone else, just not for me.

The color and the comfort.

the pillow itself is absolute trash. it does not have any give whatsoever. it's like laying your head on a brick. the purple cover, however, is very nice.

Pros:Good shape, the pillow case is definitely cool when you lay your head down, and the texture gives a unique feel.Cons:Light and too much give for my preference; my head quickly felt too low for comfort. The cool didn't last long, but didn't necessarily get as hot as other pillows. I tried this for a week, but after much toss, turning, and flipping I had to return it.If you only need a few inches, this may work just fine, but I've found I sleep best with a 5in end, and it needs to give less than this pillow.

This pillow is the 9th pillow I have bought. And Lord! I am soooo relieved. I almost cried. I’m going to invest in another. To take on vacation. Thank you!!

it does work well but needs time to adjust to it

Nice and cool very comfortable

I know it's supposed to be a cooling pillow. It's more that the material doesn't hold heat very well. Also it takes a while like 20 Days for the pillow to soften up. My wife finds it too stiff but my kids and me like it.

Pillows comfort is definitely a VERY PERSONAL matter.For me, this pillow is like sleeping on a brick! It’s so firm that there’s zero need for it to have any kinda memory in it, it doesn’t even give an 1/8” when I put my head down on it. Plus even the lowest side of this ergonomic pillow is making my head tilt forward, not comfortable and it’s killing my neck.The height of the purple cooling Soft Gel Top grooves is not enough to make any difference.Very disappointed.

The pillow itself is quite firm but my experience with these kinds of pillows is that its only a matter of time after regular use that it will eventually be not as firm. Then eventually not firm enough. But thats the same as any microfibre pillow. They need to be broken in just like a base ball glove. A more firm pillow just means longer life. The last pillow i bought was back in april so i got a year out of that one. And i buy my pillows for the longevity. I dont want to be spending 40 dollars on a new pillow every month. I would recommend and i would defiantly buy again for the price.And the pillow case is different. But if you dont like it you can always just put a different pillow case on it.

It can not adjust to my prefered height even the pilow is memory foam. It is just too hard and high. Not very comfortable when first use. Expected to adjust to your head level after long use because it is memorial foam but till then my neck will hurt every night
