This headset is very comfortable to wear for Teams calls. I love the mute function as well. It’s super fast to charge and the charge lasts a long time. The only thing I miss from my last headset is the ability to answer calls while away from my computer.

Although Bluetooth states & shows it's connected to my phone. No sound comes out! My sound is up and I know because it works for my computer but not my phone! I push the sound until it beeps. I push all buttons but I give up it worked one time!

I'm absolutely content with this product. It serves the purpose and the price is great.

This was purchased as a work headset. It was easy to set up and has good audio. Range seems to be good.After having this for a couple of months now, it has stopped charging. Have messaged the seller and up till now there has been no response. So now the unit is unusable. Very poor customer support if there is a problemUpdate 9/20/24 - After some time, the seller finally contacted me. After explaining the issue, they shipped out a new unit and it has been working great.

Works good for my work station. Sound isn't the best. Talking to someone else who I know has the same one and sound is even worse, maybe that's what I sound like to others. Ear piece feels small but works. Answer call and end call button (same button) doesn't answer or end the call on a PC. Love how I can leave it lay on my desk all day and battery survives. Put it on charger base at the end of my day and it charges up even though base isn't plugged in. I have had this for a couple of weeks now and still haven't had to recharge the base after the first charge. Couple of times I forgot to put headset back on the base and within 2 hours it was fully charged and still had 10% on it the next morning. Only way to see the battery level is to connect to your cell phone using Bluetooth.

This product works for what I bought it for I use this for work from home! The sound is great fits nicely on my head battery life is great as well

Like the functionality but it took me a bit to find out how to make it work.But it does work!!! And I will be able to walk free instead of being tied to my workstation

It was good. lightweight, wireless, nice little charging bass. I was happy. Now it just dies even after a full charge. Skipped using the bass station and plugged directly in. I can see the "Charging" light come on. but dies just a few minutes in. Ultimately, it might just be cheap garbage.

C'est ma 2e paire depuis le début de la pandémie. Je porte des prothèses auditives et je peux les conserver durant l'utilisation. Le volume est puissant contrairement à d'autres modèles dont le volume est trop faible pour moi. Le son est de bonne qualité pour les conversations. Le confort est moyen car ils serrent un peu trop la tête au début. Les gens disent que le son de mon micro est clair. Un modèle reposant sur les oreilles comme celui-ci a l'avantage de permettre d'entendre sa propre voix. Du côté de la réduction de bruit, mon contexte d'utilisation est très calme mais je dirais que la possibilité de positionner le micro très près de la bouche est certainement un avantage de ce côté. La qualité globale est excellente pour le prix. Avec le temps, le plastique du cerceau cassera à divers endroits mais il demeurera fonctionnel. J'ai choisi ce modèle après une étude assez exhaustive. J'ai des écouteurs plus élaborés et dispendieux pour la musique mais je préfère celui-ci pour les conversations.

Volume control I disliked.

The noise cancelling part is excellent and the volume buttons worked fine. I recorded myself on zoom to test the sound and it was great. However, the mute button does NOT work on Zoom or Teams, and although the ear pieces are soft they are bulkier than I imagined, so all you see is earphones on a virtual call. I'll try it out for a few days and see if the bulkiness becomes too much after an 8 hour day.

This product worked as advertised. It did what we required in a podcast.
