Is this product vegan?

No this is not vegan. They don't have the certified cruelty free leaping bunny logo on the back - They pay for cruel animal testing and also have their products manufactured in China where cruel animal testing is mandatory.

does it leave staining on the nails after removal of the polish

Haven't experienced any staining after removing polish..however have used only pale colours
