Immersion Blender Mini-Chopper Attachment

I’ve used several immersion blenders over the years, but the Vitamix Immersion Blender is on a whole other level. The power is incredible—it effortlessly blends soups, smoothies, and sauces into a silky texture in seconds. No more struggling with chunky bits or uneven blending! The build quality is exactly what you’d expect from Vitamix—sturdy, well-balanced, and comfortable to hold. I also love the variable speed control, which gives me full control over the texture of whatever I’m making. Plus, the stainless steel blending arm is easy to clean and doesn’t stain or retain odors. It’s a bit pricier than some other immersion blenders, but you’re paying for design, quality and durability. If you want a blender that can handle tough jobs and last for years, this one is absolutely worth it.

Incredibly well thought out replacement for my Delonghi that suddenly died. Blades are razor sharp, so watch it. Installing the blades you can easily scratch the clear plastic sides. Very sturdy. Wasn’t sure I would like the “push to shut” snap closures but they are very sturdy and perform with purpose. No worries about everything aligning properly on its own, just simply press and shut, unlike the Delonghi that you had to carefully align the spindle. Speed control is weird though. There’s honestly no pulse at all. It slowly winds up no matter the speed set. For example it takes at least 2 full seconds to go from off to speed 5 and there is no changing that. Still powerful but seems counterintuitive to have it struggle while slowly speeding up to full power. Still a beast but surprising there is no more actual pulse. Mostly use for grinding Parmesan cheese like Ina Garten recommends (not shredding).

We love this product. It is versatile and we use it for several things. My favorite is for my chickpea spread sandwiches as it leaves the chickpeas in the perfect texture. It is also good for salsa.

I've loved my VitaMix for years. Then I splurged and bought the VitaMix hand-held stick blender (altho' it's certainly more substantial than a stick) and fell in love with that. Someone in a food group mentioned that there was an attachment that turned the hand-held VitaMix into a small food processor. Having just lost my food processor of many years I thought why not give this one a go. I'm very glad I did, I now love it too. It will never replace a full size food processor, nor will it shred or grate things. It does, however, do a very good job of chopping, mixing and blending. The unit is sturdy, well constructed and when the hand-held is attached to it, it becomes powerful and efficient. I find myself reaching for it more frequently every week. I've made everything from scones to pico de gallo in it with no failures. Two thumbs up on this piece of kitchen equipment.

I absolutely love this thing! I upgraded from a cheaper brand and this thing delivers. Those blades are SHARP!!! Super easy to use, small enough that cleaning it doesn’t seem like a chore (and easy to clean as well). Very powerful! I’ve been really happy with how well it makes things like hummus, olive tamponadec along with chopping onions/garlic/herbs. I am very excited I was able to get a great deal on it for Black Friday (along with the immersion blender and cup). But honestly, buy this one so you don’t waste your money to be disappointed on a cheaper one. The only downside is my toddler thinks it’s too loud. I think it’s fine.

Works very well and exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our vitamix products and have had them for many years. They are used several times a week and still hold up well. Highly recommend!

Great chopper.

If you make your own seasonings this is a must! I’ve been growing tomatoes, onions and peppers and just started roasting them and then dehydrating them. I was using a coffee grinder to make a seasoning powder because I forgot I had purchased this attachment! My goodness what a difference. It’s so much faster to clean than the food processor and so much more roomy than the stupid coffee grinder. The dried vegetables I’m grinding are HARD and this thing powders them beautifully.

The immersion blender is high powered and reliable, I saw this accessory and decided it might be nice to have. I use it much more than anticipated - pesto, nuts, etc. I don’t like too many many kitchen gadgets and clutter. I am relatively simple in my approach to cooking and this is worth having. It’s not huge but has worked great for cooking for less up to 4 people. The lid seems a little intimidating at first but easy to get the hang of. I wash it in the sink as opposed to the dishwasher every time but find it simple. Happy with the extra gadget in my small collection.

Love it! Purchased it to make baby food. If you're also considering this product for baby food, go for it. It blends everything really smoothly and is easy to clean. It'll be a great cooking tool even after you're done with baby food.

I have been using the chopper 4-5 times a week, and it never stops to surprise me. Within 3-5 seconds, spinach lettuce is finely chopped. I make guacamole within 2 minutes by adding cilantro chillies, tomato, avocado, and viola! All done. One major drawback is the lid. It doesn't close at one Go. You have to try multiple times to close it, and it is cumbersome. The design is a bit bothersome, but the product makes the routine easy. It is mighty and light to Use. Cleaning is super easy as well. Love, love, love!

My son loves this little addition to his gourmet kitchen collection. Vita Mux is our preferred mfg and this is a good one.
