Useable
It would have been nice to have a sma antenna jack soldered on, but it works pretty well. I soldered a long wire to the antenna pad on the pcb, but I had to be super close to the receiver. My use was to broadcast to a old tube radio, which did have a phono in jack but it was so buzzy and noisy. This worked pretty well as a solution

This thing is cool!
Out of the box, I plugged a micro USB cable into one of these and tuned my FM stereo to the same frequency. With the whole family watching, they couldn't believe that they could hear me behind them in the living room while I was talking in front of them across the house. This was only at about 30ft. I haven't attached an antenna or mobile power course, but this thing could be used as a karaoke microphone or baby monitor or whatever, no problem. Great audio quality, easy to use, and really cool look. These are great. I'm buying more of them now.
