Have used this to make low carb/low sugar coconut bread and banana bread. Both came out so delicious that we baked them again. Both recipes also used almond flour. The banana bread just melted in our mouths, and the coconut bread was so tasty we finished off the loaf in a day. So happy with this and will be looking to use it in other recipes. The packet also has it's own seal which works well enough to seal up the packet after use, so I haven't had to transfer it to another container.

I discovered coconut flour a few weeks months ago, and buying on line is clearly the cheapest way to get it. In cakes it creates a lovely moist texture with a very subtle back flavour of coconut, so can easily be used with other flavourings. Bear in mind that you need far less of it that regular flour. Within minutes a generous tablespoon's worth will expand and thicken your cake mix so it looks like a regular cake batter. I'm looking forward to experimenting with this in my kitchen with savoury recipes as well.

Love this flour, really nice aroma when you open the seal. The flour is finely ground and a beautiful texture. You can tell the quality is there unlike other coconut products I have tried in the past. The parcel arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Will definitely be buying again.

Not a fan at all, will not work in most recipes online that call for "coconut flour". I usually use another brand which is much finer and works much better for coconut flour recipes. I subbed this because it was cheaper, but it was way too dry and crumbly, and didn't soak up moisture enough. This is more like defatted ground coconut flakes, NOT flour.

This coconut flour worked perfectly for the recipe I was making. It is the first time I have used coconut flour so I cannot judge it against any others, but I will buy again.

First of all the label is different on the product I've received than on the website. Is not low in carbs at all! Very sweet. I tried another branch and wasn't as sweet as this one , so fingers crossed there is no hidden sugars in this product. Not happy about to send it back

La verdad que este tipo de harinas son muy necesarias para alguien que tenga que evitar harina de trigo o que simplemente esté en una dieta específica. He de decir que dura bastante tiempo el sobre una vez abierto, tiene un leve sabor a coco así que si no os gusta el sabor a coco recomiendo no comprar. Al ser un producto de pura fibra al contacto con cualquier líquido a la hora de su preparación podría decir y asegurar que multiplica su tamaño por lo tanto si que compensa el precio por la cantidad ofrecida.Buen producto, buen servicio.

Cette farine est excellente. Je la mélange à 50% dans mes cakes du matin pour les rendre plus consistant et faire baisser l'IGCependant, je regrette que cette farine soit livrée dans des petits sachets en plastiques.J'aurai préfère un conditionnement plus écolo et en plus grand format.

Ottima farina di cocco, la uso per fare delle crepe senza glutine e senza farine di cereali perché purtroppo sono intollerante a tutti i cereali e mi ha risolto molti problemi. Il sapore è buono e si adatta molto sia al dolce che al salato, contentissima di averla trovata!

Muy recomendada.De sabor está muy bien y es muy fina, tanto como una harina normal.Si no te gusta el coco no está hecha para ti, porque aunque poco, sí deja regusto en las recetas.Hay que tener en cuenta que no vale con sustituir harina de trigo por esta, la harina de coco necesita más humedad. Es mejor utilizar recetas probadas antes de experimentar.

Esta harina esta genial y su calidad precio es muy buena. Es ideal pra cualquier recetas y para dietas cetogenicas.

Le gout de noix de coco est très présent et elle donne un gout sucré aux aliments (attention à rectifier le sucre en pâtisserie, je me suis faite avoir sur des brownies)Personnellement, je l'ai trouvée trop sucrée.Je l'ai donnée à une amie qui est intolérante au gluten, elle l'adore. Elle s'éclate à se faire plein de gâteaux avec. Et elle est ravie d'avoir une nouvelle alternative.Donc merci pour elle.

La harina de coco suele ser difícil y cara. Este paquete es el mejor y más económico que he encontrado.Es una textura muy diferente de la harina normal , pero merece la pena. Si de harina integral utilizo 3 cucharadas de harina de coco solo 1, es mucho mas densa. Deja ligero sabor a coco. Volveré a comprar

Stavolta l’ho preso su Amazon giusto per comoditàIl gusto è buono, ottimo da usare come farina, meno per guarnire (troppo sottile e “polveroso”).Come gusto è molto buono e ho apprezzato molto la confezione richiudibile.

Muy buena calidad y sabor, perfecta para hornear, pero absorbe bastante liquido por lo que hay que dejar la masa un poco más suave para que no se seque o apelmace después del horneado. Única pega: es cara, a pesar de que también la puedes mezclar con otras harinas para que te dure más.

Farine de coco, rajoute une saveur très subtile, c'est vraiment pas mal à tester. Je confirme qu'elle est plus fine que les poudres coco pour patisserie.

Tempi di consegna perfetti!La farina è fantastica !!! Ha un sapore ottimo e un profumo inebriante , consistenza spettacolare( sembra farina 00) ...la riuscita delle ricette è garantita !!Unica pecca ha un alto contenuto di carboidrati .. quindi poco adatta per le diete keto ..mi sto approcciando piano piano a questo discorso ...devo ancora studiarci su ...la consiglio comunque ( non tutti faranno sta dieta keto :D)

Hago bizcochos sin gluten y esta harina funciona perfectamente aunque hay que tener en cuenta que cuando la usamos debemos poner más líquidos

Ottima farina molto versatile che uso sia per fare dolci sia per fare il pane. Questa farina è l'ingrediente essenziale per chi, come me, cerca alternative alla tradizionale farina di grano. Non seguo la dieta keto, ma faccio spesso il pane keto con questa farina e mi trovo molto bene. La consiglio vivamente.
