This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine programme, however this in no way influences my review, which is intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.Given that this container is designed to hold either dentures or retainers (or in this case a mouth guard used to prevent teeth grinding at night) it does seem to be much larger than necessary, which is a shame as otherwise it's a very good piece of kit.The bamboo lid has a silicone ring to loosely seal the jar (although I wouldn't trust it to stay on for anything other than a gentle knock) and the overall feel is of something that has been well made. The body being made of borosilicate glass is helpful as it means that it can go in the dishwasher periodically to clean it.I had hoped that this would be useful for travelling with the mouthguard rather than trying to find a cup to clean the mouth guard after use, but it is a bit bulky for that. Still, it will get good use at home and will free up the old cup that is currently in use.

Really like the idea of having a pot large enough to soak the retainers to clean them and when not used its a hygienic storage pot that also has the benefit of looking good on a bathroom side ! This pot is bigger than I thought it would be, fits a pair of teen retainers in it without any issue and lots of room to spare - its glass, quite thin glass, but feels resilient and not easy smashable - and not too heavy and the lid fits tightly to create a hygienic seal. I would hesitate to travel with the pot, just because its glass which to me feels like there is a chance it could smash if its not protected in the suitcase - so for me its a pot that stays in the bathroom. Highly recommend and I look forward to my son always now being able to locate his retainer at night !!!

This is massive overkill for keeping and washing your aligners in, it's enormous!But it's a nice container and the lid goes on easily and seals so I will find a use for it but takes up way too much room for juat aligners!

Takes a bit of space, bigger than I was expecting...It is a nice bath accessorie to keep the dental appliances.A nice retainer with a leakproof silicone seal.

I got this to put my mouthguard during the dayI use it to stop my teeth grinding and wanted something a little more in line with the other jars in our bathroomThis has a thinnish glass jar with the rubber sealed bamboo lid which lets me keep my guard nice and sanitised

As someone who will soon be fitted with a chrome denture I ordered this so that I could have somewhere to clean and store it while sleeping. It is a very good size, you could put a full set of dentures inside if required. The top has a strong seal so there should be no spillage if it is knocked (I turned it upside down and there was no leaking) and the glass is reassuringly sturdy. Although a very simple container is does look stylish due to the quality of both the glass and the wooden lid which has a bezel allowing you to use it as a base. I am very pleased with it.

This item has so many uses and can also be used for general storage of items. The product seems well made and durable representing good value for money. The item arrived quickly and can be seen as sustainable.

This is something of a departure from the kind of denture box I would normally use which are plastic and much smaller. This glass jar has a bamboo lid with silicone seal. There is plenty of room for retainers, night guards or dentures and will happily accommodate sterilising tablets without being damaged. As it is so large it doesn't leak like many of the smaller ones do because you have to fill them up to cover the denture. I really like this and will be using it from now on.Happy to recommend it to you.
