This helmet light is perfectly made for use with my Thousand helmet. The magnet holds the light to the helmet so seamlessly that you may think it was built-in. While it does jut-out a bit, this makes it easy to pull off, turn on/off, and snap back on. The light choices are great and when on, the light is bright and noticeable enough that my partner (biking behind me) felt 1,000x better knowing how visible I am on the roads of Wash.DC at night. If you have the Thousand Helmet, this is the light for you. Early on, I had pulled the light off taking my helmet out of my bike basket and thankfully the magnet is so strong that it merely attached itself to my bike. After some use, I've had zero issues using and enjoying the light.

I love my Thousand helmet and I really love this Thousand Magnetic Helmet Light to go with it. First off, the magnet is very strong. I have no worries about this light staying in place which is great. Second, I really like the different modes, especially the strobe mode which I have tried to capture in the photos. When activated the strobe mode lights you up better than a Christmas tree with the very bright lights dancing around, back and forth, making you very visible to anyone near by. I feel much safer when I ride with my Thousand helmet, and even safer having this high visibility taillight on the back of it. Thousand makes great products and I am really glad to have found them as a company.

First I want to say is this ONLY works with the Thousand Heritage 2.0 Helmet. This light is the perfect helmet light. It's light, bright, lasts long, and easy to attach. The light has never died on me while in use, I just charge it after 3-4 rides to be safe. The light has 3 light settings; flashing, scrolling outwards, and constant. The magnetic attachment is strong enough to not worry about it falling off but easy to take off while riding when you forget to turn it on while still wearing the helmet, to reattach just reach back and put it back in the molded slot, you can feel the magnets pull it into place. I like this light over the seat mounted lights because my rack bag hides the seat post and it wouldn't be seen. Best helmet light design for the Thousand Heritage 2.0.

Made of excellent quality. I got when I go out on my scooter on grey days or at night for safety. Very bright so people should be able to see me. Easy to install on a Thousand helmet. Sleek design. I am very happy wth my purchase.

This little light works like a charm, very bright and charges fast. Last more than 8hrs. Easy to use as it is magnetic. Pair it with thousand helmet and it's a match.

I bought this on Amazon so I could review the company. Their helmets are good, the light is great, their customer service sucks. I bought a helmet, size large because that's the size I've worn in helmets from other brands. Thousand's was too large, so I put in for an exchange. Super easy to do, and I dropped it off the same night at FedEx. Thousand got it back 4 days later, per FedEx... then nothing for 2.5 weeks. So I dropped them an email to ask why I hadn't received the replacement. They seemed very helpful and got me out the helmet, but when it arrived, it was a much downgraded version than the original. Definitely NOT a straight exchange of one size for another, and almost $50 lower price than I had paid, but I'd gotten no refund - it wasn't ever mentioned. When I emailed to ask why I got the lower version, they told me the conversation had been about the lesser model the whole time, which it 100% was not. I went back and read every email and the type/model helmet was never mentioned. The original helmet ordered came with the light; I bought this one because the replacement didn't include it. In retrospect, I shouldn't have been honest and included it with my return. As noted, It's a good helmet, and the lights are great, but buy it at your local bike store so you can try it on and so you can be sure that the helmet you're buying is the one in your hand, not a lesser-value substitute.
