I’m using it for heat therapy post op. I love that there is a timer because I use it often at nite and may fall asleep. It does offer pain relief to sore muscle tissue. It fits perfectly and has various levels for use.

This was a great idea and it gets nice and toasty. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s not a one size fits all. So because of this there should be more snaps at the neck area in case someone needs to make it tighter (smaller) and also need a wither strap around the middle area of the back part to hold the apparatus closer to the thoracic area. It buckles up here away from the body again- needing to make it fit tighter. I am 5 foot 6 inches and 200 pounds. So I’m not tiny. The bottom buckle works well. However overall I love it. I also want a portable one of these, having a battery would be better as you can’t move around in it since you have to be plagued in. Also can’t lie down on your side due to the plug being on one side. I’m going to try to flip it around a o see if that works. But overall a great product!

Temperature, size, weight quality is all wonderful. Worth it!

It's wonderful for what I gor it for,neck, shoulder, and mid back pain all at the same time. It's very soft. Due to my physical problems I wish it connected on the other side, but that doesn't take away with how well it works. I would difinately recommend it to others.

Excellent heating pad but it looses heat after it’s been on for awhile. It does get hotter than most heating pads and it covers your entire back and shoulders.

Don't get me wrong, it is an ok heating pad for shoulders and upper back. I wish the heat was more distrubuted to the lower back. I feel like the lower half is barely heated at all. It is weighted, but I (as a smallish cis female) wanted more weight. I do get pain relief from it, but I don't use it for my shoulders and back. The color is as pictured. The fit works well for back and shoulds. I didn't return it, but it isn't my favorite heating pad.

The heater is well made and works well I purchased the XXL model I wish it was a little longer I am 5'9 and it's not quite long enough if you were over that height probably would not work for you

My husband has a very sore back and shoulder. He was so happy to see this on Father's Day. It fits well and he likes that the heat can be controlled.

Found it very useful for heating my back and neck. It works as expected.

I have pain in my neck, back and shoulders…and this heated pad loosens up everything. I love it so far!

It only works for the back, the design does not allow for the user to feel the heat in the neck and shoulder area. By the way I have wide shoulders and somehow this didn’t do it for the neck and shoulders. The heating is good for the back though.
