Shampoo
This is a great no poo product, pop 2 tablespoons of soapwart in a sauce pan with one cup of water, bring to the boil and then simmer for 10 mins, when cooled sieve and then you have a great shampoo. Do not get in eyes, stings.

Never buy shampoo ever again
Great stuff. 1 tea spoon simmered with 500 ml of water for 15 minutes makes a great hair rinse, that beats any shampoo.Personally I add rosemary, nettle and sage to the mix. I’ll never buy shampoo ever again.
