Arrived in excellent condition, nothing missing, nothing broken. Works just fine and looks amazing, because I’d read several reviews before the purchase I was aware the item might be smaller than anticipated or described. Such a good investment!
I’ve used makeup cases and other heavy duty organizers but this is the best esthetically and functionally. I just love how everything you need is visible so no rifling around is necessary. Just get it. It makes my bathroom look much fancier than my old makeup holder

Great product, lots of space. One piece arrived damaged without the shipping box having appeared to be messed with. Seller was prompt at returning message regarding and offering to replace. Would highly recommend product and seller.

They do not clean, if you buy this product used.
I bought this used and the person before me didn’t clean out any of the drawers and left spilled makeup in it which I had to clean and it wasn’t an issue but thought they’d at least clean it before selling it to someone. Like I get it if it had scratches and dents and so on but to actually have spilled makeup and used makeup in it..
