Great business grade laser printer
I have been replacing our fleet of HP laserjet printers with Ricoh 4310N for two years. The Ricoh drivers are solid. The best part is that we have yet to hear any complaints from our users!

Only 2 out of 6 of these printers at our company have survived one year of use.
We replaced a small fleet of printers with these models across several of our office locations. Originally we had 4 of these printers that went into service. One went down and was replaced with the same model, the replacement shorted out and was replaced again with the same model. It is now less than 1 year since the deployment and we have only 2 of these that are still in service. The others have all completely failed. Some as early as <90 days after setup. One fuser went out after 2 months, another claims there is a jam and will not print despite there not being a jam anywhere in the system, per our IT and a 3rd party printer repair company. The ones that do work consistently jam, we've tried every paper-type imaginable to get one that makes it happy, it doesn't exist.I've never in my life encountered supposedly "business grade" equipment this shoddy. The entire model is a lemon. We have $49 home laserjets around the office that have lasted years longer than these. I was encouraged by the Ricoh name when I made the decision to deploy these printers. It is on my list of things to remedy if I ever get my hands on a time machine.We will replace with HP LaserJet Pros when the last two finally give out. If you are shopping for a good and reliable enterprise printer, this isn't it.

Wholly Unsatisfactory
Unit arrived and it took me just over 30 days to get my IT guy to install it. Unit did not work properly. The fuser had a broken piece, but strangely the fuser was inside the unit when the unit arrived so there was no way to tell it was broken. Seller refused to take it back. I bought a new fuser (from a reputable seller) and the unit still jams all the time. Now I have a 500 dollar paperweight. I wish I had bought another brand and will never ever deal with this seller again.
