Packaging for shipment needs to be better. My pallet arrived with some shades broken

Nice variety of cool shades, colors blend well, great quality ,easy to apply. These shadows last all day and have a velvety feel and look.

Inadmisible to be Broken for a very expensive eyeshadow palette
This came broken and no protection at all. Incredible for such an expensive item. Also I used to have free returns picked up by DHL. If I have no longer that service I will not be able to send it back so I will not be an amazon customer anymore.
