Perfect fit

Got these from a Honda dealership, so you'd think they're the right P/N, but when I got them home there was NO way they'd fit into the female side of the exhaust joint. The ID of this gasket was about the same as the OD of the pipe it was going into. I had to slit them and remove about 3/16th. With that material removed, I could squeeze them to close the slit and force them into the female side. Then the male side fit snugly, which is what you want, and everything tightened up fine.
