I really like decor items that are natural. I also like items that look really old with maybe a good story to tell.This vase hits both marks.It really looks like it was forgotten outside for a very long time and was brought in and brushed off with a sturdy brush, then wiped with a damp cloth just so it could be rescued without totally taking away it's battle scars.yeah looks like it's been through some stuff.So when you pop in something soft and pretty like some tulips.... the juxtaposition seems inherent.It is a beautiful vase, at least the one I received is. I have noticed some of the photo's in the comments really look like different finishes.Highly recommend.

I don't like matching sets of vases/jars. Instead, I like create a trio of varying heights, shapes, textures, and finishes. This particular vase has interesting color and visual texture along with the height I needed to pair with a couple of other vases. It is sturdy, has good weight, and is stable.

I love handmade high end items. This is definitely both! It is so versatile. I think this could go either way…very modern or very old style country, depending on what type of floral you put in the vase. For me it is jut perfect. I have a more modern home and it fits in nicely. It is a very rough texture which I love and looks like it is 100 years old which I also love. It is very well made and a heavy piece. It feels like it is made with love. I would highly recommend. I love it.

Exactly the kind of modern vase I was looking for to style my kitchen island. I actually ended up using a sponge to paint the rest of it greyish (by mixing white and black acrylic paint together) So it was one color instead of two, and it looks exactly like a high end vintage piece. I have styled pine bows in it for xmas and other branches and it looks fabulous!

I am extremely happy about this vase! When I seen it I loved the rustic modern look of the vase so I ordered it immediately! When I got it I was not disappointed! The vase was made beautifully and it's heavy which adds the luxury feel to it! Love this vase and you will to! Would definitely recommend!
