My daughter turned me on to this product and it is my favorite cleanser on the planet! It feels similar to Origins, thick like whipped cream. It's very rich and luxurious feeling, removes all traces of makeup and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after rinsing. The product is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. I also like the regular version in the blue tube as well.

Love this product...first purchased on a trip to Japan, now I pay more because it's so great. Leaves skin soft and clean, removes eye make up as well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like their products , seems gentle on skin and works well in removing oils. Only problem with this is amazon ships just as is in a brown paper envelope. The product itself doesnt have any seals and any pressure on this paper envelope and you have some of the product squeezed out. So mine looks used as the top flip cap was open and some came out and dried up around the opening. Why they (company) dont seal the opening is strange. So im only giving the seller 4 stars for selling it as is and not at least putting it in a sealed plastic bag or something. Otherwise a great product.

In case you don't know, this is actually Shiseido. It does a gorgeous job of cleaning my face without leaving it stripped, without any side effects or reactions. You ONLY USE A PEA SIZE to cover your face, neck, and decolage. So it will last a month, easily. Although genetics do play an obvious role, my skin is dewy and fresh and even when I haven't slept, it looks like I've gotten 10 hours.

This product was literally shipped from Japan and is the real deal. It took a long time to get from the West coast to the East Coast, but it arrived within the projected time frame and was sealed perfectly. The provider had gone to great lengths to make sure there was no leakage of product which is important when it is traveling over that large of an area.I have already reviewed a similar version of this product and am very pleased with this version. It is more hydrating and less drying on the skin. Wish we could get it on a regular basis in the United States at a good price.

This is a cream to foam cleanser that I originally bought on a trip to Japan. Smells great and cleanses without stripping the skin of natural oils. I recommend using a toner after use. I retail this to clients at my spa.
