This charger is a "must have" for your car.. Package came in a timely matter and everything was securely placed in the box.. When I was unboxing this, I was pleasantly surprised to see there were two ways to use this. There is a strong clamp to attach to my vent or a suction cup for my dash.. I went with the vent clip for now. The wireless charge does go through my otter box case on my Samsung 7. It is a quick charge which is also a bonus.. I highly recommend getting on for your car.

I am so pleased with the customer service! This item worked but I had issues with the arm being loose, and then it kept falling off the window. 2 days after my window to return closed! I was so upset because I spent a little more than I wanted (still a good price) and I chose this item due to all the rave reviews. I recieved an email from the company asking if I was happy. On a whim, I decided to complain to them. They were so kind and promptly sent me a brand new one! After receiving the new one, I saw a screw had been faulty from the begining on my first charger. I understand that there might he a defect here and there. The way it was handled was wonderful and I am giving 5 stars. Even though the arm was faulty, the charging part always worked. Even through my phone covers. Thank you!

Works very well & fits my needs perfectly. Even works with my phone in a LifeProof case, though because of the size increase causes some seating issues, though nothing that prevents it to work.The clip for the vent holds very well & securely. Just had one issue with the vent holding, though that was user issue, not product.Arrival was prompt, packaging acceptable. No complaints.

I really love wireless charging! No more fumbling with charging cords. I usually use the suction cup windshield mount but I am using the vent mount for the first time. Generally it works well but will wiggle itself off the vent. I'm not sure it's design flaw, probably just the nature of the clamp. So I did not deduct a star.My only complaint is the lack of adjustment in the side holders because they interfere with the number/letters on the left and right edges. This can require the removal of my Samsung S9 to access these keys. I deducted one star for this.Update 11-2019 the wireless charger no longer works because the charging cable port connection is loose. So I have had to return to plugging in the phone every time. So I am reducing rating to 1 star.

Excelent product very good construction, charges very fast and as soon as drop in your phone it grabs it and starts charging . However I had a few issues with this product. My note 8 has a somewhat thick case which made fitting my phone with the case imposible, I had to remove my case everytime I had to use the charger which was a big pain. Second the cradle doesn't have any way that I found to lock so it could only hold my phone upright which is ok but I prefer to look at my GPS on its side. Overall it's an great car mount but it did not fit my needs because of those issues.

The suction cub fails after a couple of days. I does not work well of you have a slightly textured dashboard. I have nosmooth surface on the dash to attach it to. I ordered some 70mm disks with 3m adhesive to try that and see if it willstick. These disks are the kind that usually come with GPS mounts and other car mounts that use a suction cup. Therenewable adhesive on this suction cup does not do anything to keep the mount attached. I like the wireless charging and the way the phone fits into the holder and also the highly adjustable and telescoping mount, nice idea.If you have a steel dash or one with a smooth horizontal surface, this might work well.

It's a good charger, the extension is great, although it's plastic. The biggest downfall is the lack of case support. If you use a case, don't plan on ever keeping it in when trying to charge with this mount. If you're okay with taking your phone out of its case while it's charging in your car... every.... time... Then it's definitely a fast charger, and it's most certainly a solid charger.

I've had several "cell phone holders" That didn't live up to their name. This one is perfect!! Plus it charges your phone!!! You want this holder. The only negative is you cannot have a case on your phone. Best cell phone holder ever for an amazing price!!
