purchased all 3 items, review as used
1st. Baked the brownies in a P/C brownie pan (12 not 16 brownies). I used mini chocolate chips made with Allulose either the Anti or Goalz brand, and also added toasted pecans. I topped the baked & cooled brownies with an easy and tasty homemade ganache (equal weight of HWC to Choc chips) because the reviews for the frosting of this brand weren’t that great. These fit into my macros as I’m stable at current weight with normal BMI now. The taste as well as the texture are spot on for a brownie. The thickness was consistent with the brownies I grew up eating, but these are without the wonky high carb ingredients…yay. They are comparably priced with other mixes that I’ve purchased that are keto. To make brownies for less money, baking from scratch is always an option. I wanted to give these a try to see if my loved one (who doesn’t bake) could easily make me a birthday cake. I’ll update as we bake each item. I recommend the brownie mix and give it 5 stars.

Amazing cake for bariatric patients
Bought this cake mix for my mom's Mother's day cake. She just had bariatric surgery a month ago so she's unable to eat regular cake for a long time. She hates diet-y tasting food and artificial sweeteners, and yet she loved it. Definitely the best tasting sugar free cake mix out there. I followed the Greek yogurt variation of the recipe because it was the lowest fat option. I also added in a tablespoon of Lily's dark chocolate chips. I put it into an 8×8 square pan and put it in for 27 minutes. When I went to remove it, the middle was completely liquid. I rechecked the directions and of course I missed the part where there was 2 different versions of baking instructions. I put it in at 325°, but that was supposed to only be for dark coated pans. So I turned the temperature up to 350° and put it back in for another 10 minutes. The inside was now perfect, but the outside edges were dry. So I heated some skim milk and added some sugar free dark chocolate drink mix, then using a fork poked holes into the cake and brushed the hot cocoa over top to add some moisture back. It fortunately saved the day and brought the cake back to life. I just thought I'd share in case anyone else makes the same mistake and wants to know how to fix it. I didn't buy the fit bake frosting because it had too much fat in it for what my mom is allowed after her surgery. Instead I took half a container of sugar free cool whip, 2 tbsp PB2 powder, 1 tbsp low sodium peanut butter, and 1 tbsp of lakanto monk fruit sweetener, and whisked it together and spread it on top. It turned out great, and I would definitely buy this again. Yes $12 is pricey, but when you're not allowed regular cake or maltitol sweetener then this is the best tasting option. While I could make it from scratch, I just don't find buying things like coconut flour and almond flour worth it when I wouldn't use them often enough. For the couple occasions a year that my family eats cake this works perfectly.

Tastes like REAL CAKE!! Family won't know it's low carb!!
Best low carb cake ever!! I am on a weight loss Journey and I eat low carb and low calorie. I wanted to make a low-carb carrot cake for Easter this year remembered Fitbake! I absolutely love all their products. You cannot even tell that it's low-carb!! I bought the yellow cake mix along with the cream cheese frosting and let me tell you it was out of this world delicious! My family couldn't even tell that it was a low carb!! they actually wanted more cake. I ended up making little carrot cake loaves - which were a huge hit!!! I will be buying again!!! I jumped on the scale the next day and still lost weight!! This is a dream product for cake lovers!!!!!! Highly recommend!

Dry and grainy
Bought this for my husband's birthday because he is watching his sugar intake. This is a good alternative to regular cake mix but my husband didn't love it. Mixes easy but the finished cake was crumbly and dry. The taste wasn't bad but not as good regular mix. Definitely use parchment paper in the pan. The cake stuck to the pan.

Cake too high in calories
I completed this cake per the recipe. My family wouldn’t eat it. It tasted awful and the text IWAS weird. Moreover, It says 90 cal per serving and NINE servings in the package for an 8x8 cake. That’s about a one inch cube which is a ridiculously high calorie count for such a small piece.

I am going to assume these are sooo good due to the fact my boyfriend ate it all before i could try. I will purchase again

Great Dieting and Gluten Free Cake (just don’t use their frosting!)
I purchased this cake for my spouse’s birthday. I am gluten free and we are both dieting. When I saw the macros and that it was gluten free, I needed to try it. I used the standard moist cake directions. It’s just like any other cake mix and was simple. Gluten free baking is different, so just make sure not to over bake, which is easy with GF products. This cake was moist, tasted great, and was easy to portion. It tastes like a standard gluten free cake. So if you don’t eat gluten free, it may taste different because of the different flours (i.e. coconut flour). I do not recommend the frosting. I bought it and tried it before putting it on the cake and I am glad I did. It tasted horrible and the calories were no better than traditional frosting. If you aren’t keto, save your tastebuds and use a protein, homemade, or traditionally store bought frosting. With traditional frosting, it was a great tasting cake. Those who complain about the cost, this is pretty on par with a lot of gluten free cakes, except you will be happy that you can spare your extra calories on a scoop of ice cream.
