I was initially very excited about this product. It seemed like a dream come true especially with being a first time parent. It was a wonderful product in the beginning. It calmed my baby down and kept her very happy. Know a month later the product no longer works. We are all very sad. I appreciate any help you have to remedy the problem so we can all be one happy family again. I'm giving this product a 5 star because I feel confident someone will make this right for me and my family!

Auto turn on keeps not working, I’ve ordered this bunny twice and it stops working very quickly. Do not waste your money.**UPDATE** Seller has contacted us, very responsive customer service that seems eager to fix the issue. Hoping we just got a faulty Gemma and will update if a solution is found through customer service. We appreciate the sellers eagerness to help!**Update** after contact with seller, we noticed that any little sound will set off Gemma, even if we are not home. Make sure to turn Gemma completely off after every nap and bedtime. Kind of a pain, but still a great little bunny. If you do not turn off Gemma, it will go through batteries like crazy. Would give three stars but the seller and customer service is incredible so they’re getting four. Thanks a bunch

Wish I had bought it sooner. 11 month old loves it and sleeps better with it.

My grandson wasn't wanting to be put down to nap but this bear has really helped having the shushing sound just like Grandma 🥰. I love being able to adjust the volume and change to a different tune if needed.

This is a wonderful night time companion for my little one, but this is the 2nd bunny that has started malfunctioning. It lasted maybe 2 months before the night time song just shut off after a few seconds.

I bought this for my granddaughter and it stopped working in less than 2 months!
