Firstly, this is a quality product, well presented in a nice box and in a soft bag inside that. I didn't have to cut mine to suit, as it was the correct size for me straight away. I'm a 34 inch waist and the 30-36 option is spot on. The belt is made of leather and well made/stitched etc, the buckle/fastening mechanism is so easy to adjust and feels solidly in place when wearing it. Micro adjustments are easy too, with a simple release toggle for loosening or simply pull tighter to the desired size. Highly recommended for me and i would feel very confident giving as a gift.

Not what I had anticipated.Although an excellent belt, it did not have the aircraft safety belt type release. Oddly enough, the small pamphlet inside the box, shows a diagram of an aircraft type release mechanism!I would like to change the belt with the required aircraft type release.Do hope you can agree.
