World History: Preparing for the Advanced Placement Examination, 2018 Edition Paperback – January 1, 2017

Bought for daughters A/P World History Class. She uses it everyday, so it’s a must for this class!

We bought this book for our high school daughter. This book was recommeded by her AP World History teacher as an additional and even superior resourse to the book they use in class. She and a friend of hers that has it also both say that it is a good book that is well writen and informative. It is hard to find in stores and was 5$ more expensive than new for the only used copy we could find at the half priced store. If your AP child will read it and use it buy it for them while their brains are thirsty sponges!

My son says this book is well written and enjoyable to read. He is spouting interesting history facts to me all day. Maybe not your typical response but he's quite critical of boring history writing, so I think this one must be well written and from what he says, it includes a lot of interesting historical details that keep him tuned in.

My high schooler needed this book to keep at home as a reference for World History AP class. I didn’t want to spend $80 on a new book. This is gently used, some highlighted areas on pages, but great condition for a used book. Definitely helps with homework!

Received today, as promised. This was a used book... used indeed... I LOVED it... there were many 'rabbit eared' pages with stained bottom of page.. no worries for ME.. However, my teen son was aghast at the sight of the state of this book... he'll get over it. would I buy again from this seller ??? Absolutely.. well done !! Loved it. Loved the timeliness. Loved everything.. bravo!

I bought this for my freshman daughters to help for their AP world history class in high school,and it has been invaluable. I hghly recommend this book if you are in AP world history.

Very helpful book, I was using it to study for the AP Exam and it is very insightful. Acts as a good review after a year of studying a main book.

Because, as homeschoolers, we don't already have enough issues trying to access AP exams, or receiving the same materials from The College Board that every other enrolled student has access too- as it turns out, we also can't get an answer key to this top AP textbook... even if it's an older edition. Frequently, we try to work around this, but the majority of this book is compiled of various questions, varying in intensity, and while it will likely be helpful to any student that can have a teacher grade their work... we're being left out in the cold... again. If you are a homeschooler or looking to supplement your child’s AP class, you will have better luck with 5 Steps to a 5, or Barrons AP World History. Also, this edition is not applicable to the new set up for 2019, as they have dropped 9,000 years of history that used to be covered (it is now from 1200AD).
