Excelent product

These are hard to find but they are on Amazon for a good price

Larger than the average giant fiber capsule. Not easy to swallow

I used to buy Solgar Oat Bran capsules which were so easy to swallow & worked well. Since they stopped producing their product, I have struggled to find a decent replacement. I have now purchased Botanic Choice oat bran two times & am satisfied with the product as it is easy enough to swallow (not as nice as a capsule) but I could not find a capsule that was purely oat bran. I would recommend this choice.

I have tried hard to add fiber to her diet as high-fiber / high-protein diets are recommended. Don't know what I was thinking as the first thing our vet recommended was a 'grain-free' diet... dah! ...oats are a grain. My bad.....

My husband hates oatmeal, so this is such a quick inconvenient way to get his fiber!

but if you were hoping to lower cholesterol with it, forget it...eat oatmeal, it works great for that.

This Bran product is really effective, has all the quality that a supplement should have and is affordable
