Does fill you up
Ok mixed review for this, I’ve had this before but in the strawberries and cream flavour which is much nicer than this one. I wasn’t impressed with this it didn’t taste of caramel at all, not really nasty it’s drinkable but not the best taste, however it does fill you up I had one at lunch and I’ve not felt hungry since which is good, but my next order will be the strawberry one again. Good product though as a meal replacement it is good and it does work, just not this flavour for me.
