Aluminum Frame Mini Hacksaw with 250mm Flexible Bi-Metal HSS Hacksaw Blade for Metal and Wood

Wanted a small and cheap hacksaw to cut a handful of hard 2mm plastic acetate sheets. The material has a habit of shattering if cut with (say) scissors and a bit tricky to use anything mechanical. The open front end meant the frame didn't get caught up in the sheet, and the blade is sharp enough to make a clean cut in relatively quick time. Did what I wanted it to do, which is what counts.

Thought this hacksaw’s design might offer something different/better for a brass sheet cutting project but it didn’t work—basically, it fell apart after he first use. Definitely avoid this item. 1 star.Update: seller was great. Offered to refund or replace the item, so def happy with their response. Would order from them again. 5 stars.

I took the card packaging off and the frame broke in my hand. It's now completely useless. I have literally thrown my money away.

Had to remove a tap fitting that had rusted and this was just the job!

The saw did'nt do the job we wanted to do.
