Thick and Firm
Needed a pillow to lay on my stomach after a severe herniated disk in my lumbosacral joint. This worked great and held up nicely to me laying on it for hours at a time.

I love the nonslip bottom and the fabric of the pillow itself but I do find the incline to be just a bit too much (I do put a flat pillow on top so I don't dirty the fabric of the incline pillow even though the case is removable. As other reviewers said, you'll need to be outdoors (I put mine in a cold, screened-in porch for two days) to get rid of the off-gassing smell and for it to inflate properly. It's very versatile as shown in the description.

Great for CPAP
Bought to help with CPAP use. Definitely a game changer. If you struggle with a machine, try this and see how it works for you.

It's a wedge issue....
Best wedge pillow I've gotten yet at about 1/2 the price of those supposed medical grade ones with all the adjustable doo dads
