The rowing machine by Cultsport is a very good product. It is worth investing in it. Rowing is a great low intensity full body workout. The machine by Cultsport is well built and has display with adjustable resistance.The after sales service is also good.In addition to this, Cultsport also provided dietician consultation and a workout session.Dietician asked about the body stats and other information after which she shared a complete diet chart as per height, weight age, vegetarian, allergies, health issues. This is a good and helpful support.The workout session was over a video call. The trainer was very accommodating regarding availability and timing.He patiently guided through the workout. The workout done was whole body and useful for every session.Overall, it was a good experience and great return on investment.Maybe Cultsport can consider dropping a price a bit so that more people can buy it and Cultsport benefits from volume sales.This will help more people to benefit from a great workout like rowing.

Cult -Sport Rowing was received a week ago and the package was received in good condition. The Cult-sport sent a technician to install the machine. it was installed well. However the technician did not know to connect the machine thru blue tooth.This trouble was highlighted to cult fit and they promptly responded with the advise for the right app. The main confusion is there are two apps by the company one is Cult fit and another is cult sport. The machine connects only with the app Cult -fit and it does not connect with cult sport. i am still wondering why are two apps provided with more or less similar services in the apps. it just beats me and its avoidable confusionThe Cult sport representative got in touch and explained the various freebies that comes with the machine. one was a three months free voucher which can be used to for using some classes, rowing classes and accompaniments as well as some wellness services like yoga, Dietitian support.The dietitian support was exemplary and was helpful.The machine micro processor and LCD display only has - Time, Torque setting and distance. The other energy expanded are covered in the APP. however the app while rowing does not fit into the Phone display and its difficult to see the data. Also the APP hangs quite often in spite of good WIFI connectivity.The machine itself a beauty and sturdy one. It is built well and has been provided with good leveling supports for the main frame. The seat is comfortable and slide of the seat on the horizontal square frame is smooth and straight. There are no noises in the machine. The torque setting is easy and can feel the variation for different torque settings. The holding handle is well cushioned and does not hurt the hand.However the Handle connection to the magnetic wheel is through a Fabric tape which looks flimsy and it is be seen its longevity and availability incase if it gives way.Overall the Equipment serves for good rowing exercise which is also gives satisfaction after the sweat that's seen after the workout.Its Good machine worth its Spent !!!

We purchased the machine on 14 April. It worked good for the first 10 days after which we started having issues with the bearing (wheels) under the seat. We placed a complaint and cultsport took more than a week to send a technician to check. After the visit, the technician recommended that the seat should be replaced. Cultsport informed us that they will let us know in 2 days if they have a spare seat available. We got a call after several follow ups that the seat is available and they would take another week to deliver. We waited a week and started following up again. After several phone calls everyday, we were informed that the seat is actually NOT available and we will have to wait another week for a resolution (as the machine is new, they were unclear how to resolve this!)After another 10 days (AND SEVERAL FOLLOW-UPS AGAIN), we were informed that a resolution will not be possible and they can provide a refund. We agreed to it. After agreeing, it's been 2 weeks and we have not received any update on pick up or refund. The customer care people do not pick up calls.Horrible service by CultSport. Waiting for almost 2 months without resolution, refund or any updates!!

Built and finish seem to be very good. Working properly. Love rowing...its fun but has a bit of a learning curve...have been rowing 15 mins everyday since i received it. But i havent yet connected it to my tablet... so cant say about online features becouse it cannot even support my phone's weight. I have to improvise that phone/tablet holder. It took 16 liters of distilled water. We can still row even if there is no electricity although we need electricity for display and increasing d resistant level and thankfully that can b done with home inverter unlike a treadmill. Rest all fine so far...good/fun cardio activity.

Product seems to be decent for now. But customer care is not reachable. With product i was supposed to get cult pass home for 3 months and a dietician. Both not given. Customer care number never connects

Amazing product and service. Easy to assemble and use. Great for home gym.

As promising the product looks, the seat isn't that freely rowing. It makes a grazing sound everytime you move it. It's like it's missing lubrication or something..the machine is space saving, but cannot really guarantee the condition of the resistance belt and the seat post regular use.

The installation process was easy, convenient and comfortable. Using this is more totally efficient, worth the money
