Love this planner as I’ve been looking for a health and fitness book without putting in a food diary. This was perfect for that as it’s got goals, tasks and a day by day box which I put my calories, steps exercises, honestly it’s great . Just one tiny flaw sat and Sunday are 1 box as the weekend but I still date it but have line down the middle
