CardioBoost 90 Capsules – a Precise Balance of CoQ10, D-Ribose, Acetyl L-Carnitine, B Vitamins & Medium Chain Triglycerides for Normal Heart Function and to Reduce Tiredness & Fatigue

After reading the superb book on heart health by Dr Stephen Sinatra, I was looking for the supplements suggested, which also help with fibromyalgia. This supplement contains the combination recommended in one product for ease of use.Depending on your needs this product would be of help to most people wanting to improve their heart health, in my opinion. Most surprising to me after reading the book, I found a chapter on fibromyalgia, which has been a health issue for myself for many years. After only a short time of using this supplement I have noticed slightly less muscle pain and slightly more energy. I hope for further improvement over time. (I assume because the heart is a muscle and fibromyalgia causes problems with the muscles, among other things, it makes sense that this supplement could be of help for both problems in one easy to take product.) I would recommend reading the book for the facts on heart decease because the case studies and results are amazing and if this product can help it's certainly worth a try. I thought I would try these as I already am taking a number of the elements inthese, just seperately and the dosages overall work out to be similar, although with this brand you need to take 3 a day with food and water.What I meant about top notch elements in the title is as follows;there are many types of things, for example - if you need more magnesium than you can get in your diet , you may choose to buy a magnesium supplement, the low end, supermarket, budget brands will sell you magnesium as magnesium oxide - which although technically abosorbable by the human body, it would have to be a pretty fit and healthy one to even have a chance - it is basically the colourant in house paint, the better types to buy in order going from least absorbable or bioavailable to most ( the best, in my personal opinion based on personal research and experience are: magnesium oxide, madnesium citrate, magnesium picolate, and chelated magnesium complex.so that waffle was to help explain why this selectiono of nutrients and elements is top notch - the B12 is methylcobalamin, which is the most bioavailabe form, most manufacturer cheap out and use hydroxycobalamin or even worse cyanocobalamin, so this one is the best.and it is the same for allthe elements they have included(so as not to tuen this into an essay!)The capsule is vegan, which means it is accessible to all, which is also a really nice touch.The price at nearly £20 as of writing this, for only 30 days ( 90 casules but you take 3 a day) may at first glance seem a lot, however, it is comparable to other suppliers as of this date, and as i said, its the good stuff.The best bit is, this is ot only for general heart health it also has the basic amino acids there to help you on your way should you start doing fitness training or a highly active hobby. you many wish to build on those included in this set, as you tweek your reqime, but as a starter for fitness training and for those of us who know we should do more for our heart health this is a golly good set of nutrients.Also - I would like to point out the bottle - it is flat, only about 0.5cm wide - and tall, that makes these products from xSpan labs just so easy to store - I love it - might jusst be me - but I was thrilled when I first started trying their products to find them in this entirely sensible flat bottle - ther eis only one other company - I think Swiss labs, who do the same, but it just makes it so much easier to keep all your pills tidy and stored neatly if they are flat like a book, than the old fashioned bulbous round pot. Again, this could just be me ;-)

I've tried a fair few different cardio supplements and these have an above average range of ingredients.The Co-Enzyme Q10, D-Ribose, Acetyl L-Carnitine, B Vitamins and Medium Chain Triglycerides are a fairly unique blend, although some other supplements do add vitamin C, D and minerals which would have made this a more complete solution. As it is, you'll have to take other tablets too, but making sure they don't also include B complex vitamins or you'll be taking the wrong balance.The capsules are easy to swallow, being a bit smaller than some I've tried. There's no taste to them and you shouldn't have any trouble taking these, especially if you're going to be taking other vitamin C supplements too. #They recommend 3 a day, but that's making them a bit pricey for me. There are other cardio powders out there that cost more but last a lot longer and have a better mix of ingredients.I've not noticed my improvement taking these, but I was already on a different mix before this. I'm no worse though, so they aren't ineffective. If you've pre-existing conditions you may see improvement,but most people won't see much change I shouldn't think You may live longer but that's not exactly something you can gauge unless you've a twin who doesn't take them!

Very easy to swallow - the soft capsules aren't too big and don't leave a foul taste in your mouth.The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day and one pack provides a one month supply. For £19 a month, the price per unit on this may not represent the best value for money, considering that I have yet to notice any difference in energy or fatigue levels. Perhaps longer term use is required in order to see the benefits.On the other hand, when you factor in the number of healthy supplements in this product, the time saving element of a one-capsule-fits-all might appeal to you. Why take (or buy) 5 separate products when this contains everything you may need to maintain a healthy heart.The pack itself is very easy to store - it's a tall, slim, rectangular container that doesn't take up much space and the design of the lid makes it very easy to open.
