This Soonfire VS50 pretty much checked all the boxes for me. Nice feel for older hands that need large buttons in the right places. The dedicated on-off button is on the rear so I can ALWAYS find it quickly. It always turns on at the last memorized mode. Also, that button does not do anything else but on-off, not like so many other lights that you have to cycle through the various modes. Modes are set by the front button, when you need to. Nice size and shape for holding onto easily, but at the same time not too large. It does have some heft, but as an emergency or night-walking flashlight, I feel safe with it, as it could be used to fend off an attacker if necessary. Their is a striking bezel around the front rim but it is not so edgy that it hurts your skin or snags your clothing. Just right. Strong clip, place for a lanyard, and nylon holster, battery charges inside the flashlight from any USB port, LED in front button tells you battery condition, and did I mention bright? Can't even imagine needing the brightest mode, but it is impressive. There's more I could say, but I guess you could just say I'm sold.

I bought this one because I have 4 or 5 Soonfire flashlights I own the first version of this flashlight VS37 it is my favorite flashlight I own stream lights and other companies but for some reason I always go back to my VS37 the only thing I would love to see on this flashlight is the side switch to be able to turn on and off the light not just the tail switch as for the company Soonfire I love their customer service

This is my second light. First one I had for maybe four years. The charging port broke. Contacted Soonfire and was told to send a photo of the flashlight. Told them it is a VS50 what more do you need to know? I never got an answer or to many other requests.

I like the flashlight overall and it is very bright. I had the Soonfire VS37 for 1 year and the on/off switch was not turning on the light unless depressed several times. Needless to say, I contacted Soonfire customer service for a warranty issue. They advised me to purchase another one and will refund my money via Amazon once I submit them a copy of the invoice. The VS37 was discontinued and superceded to the VS50 which was about $10 more. The customer service was very prompt, informative, and they were willing to do whatever was necessary to satisfy the customer"s needs. I received a full refund immediately and have a new working flashlight.

GREAT flashlight for the price, its hard to beat with all the features it offers you and being rechargeable is just a plus. I was looking for something bright and durable and did not want to $100+ once I found this however I was sold and once I started to use it I couldn't be happier.

I love this flashlight! I had some issues with the flashlight and contacted soonfire. They were quick to take care of the problem and even replaced it for me. It's great when a company stands by their products! Definitely will buy another flashlight! Thanks Soonfire!

I really had high hopes for this flashlight, but it was DOA. I tried 2 DIFFERENT fully charged 18650 batteries to no avail. Hopefully they can get their quality control in order.
