Great cough or throat lozenge.
These taste great and have been beneficial to me. I suspect the zinc is responsible altho the elderberry may stimulate your immune system. Only complaint is the wrapper may get sticky.

Terrible Taste
Not sure if it is the peppermint flavor, but it’s not for me. Unfortunately I purchased 2. And no returns:-((Lesson learned.
