Great but not really that bright. perfect for an ambient light, I'm tempted to buy a second one

I bought 2 to use in case of a possible power cut this Christmas. I use the same gas canister for my carp night fishing so always have plenty to hand. The plastic case which is supplied enables me to safely store the light in a side pocket in my tackle bag. The lights are solidly built but i question the glass shades which are always open to brake if the case is accidentally dropped. Overall a good looking candle light but in my view slightly pricey.

Included was a small plastic vile which I guess was supposed to hold the needle for cleaning. Unfortunately neither of mine contained anything. Where can I get a needle the correct size as I don’t want to use any old pin that might damage the jet. Thanks

It works really well. It's a gas candle.

Very easy to set up and use, just make sure you buy a screw top gas canister! Small enough to fit un a pocket and very lightweight, gives a really nice warm light.

Sweet little thing, goes on top of a screw on gas cannister and turns it into a small wond protected candle.It's not super bright so won't light a pathway as you trudge through the forest at midnight but will give a warm glow as a background light when your out camping or relaxing at the seaside.Comes with a nice hard case which seems to protect the glass cannister which stops the wind blowing out the light.You have quite some control over the size of the flame from tealight to oil platform but the instructions advise not having a flame bigger than the glass..

Only gives background light but safer than candles if gas canister has base extender is fitted

Muy recomendable como un accesorio de camping. Hace llama de vela. No da para mucho más. Me lo compré como capricho porque en si no le saco partido en salidas a montaña.Viene con el estuche y con dos agujas que van en un mini estuche. Apenas se ven ya que son ultra finas y son para limpiar la boquilla. Los acabados están muy bien hechos. Muy buena calidad. Recomendado como un más a más. Pero no es imprescindible. Si os gusta desde luego no lo penséis.Tengo varias adquisiciones de Fire Maple y ninguna me ha defraudado.

Comme dit plus haut ca va pas eclairer toute la vallée mais une fois quon sait que cest une bougie reglable cest pas mal du tout surtout le fait quon pyisse la laisser allumée a tres TRES petite combustion ...Je reviens quasi 1 an apres pour conclure apres pas mal d utilisation .ce produit est fantastique vraiment deja de par sz tres faible conso au minilum on peut le laisser allumer toute la nuit si vous perdez 5 gramme de gaz cest beau .Testez le avec une bouteille vide ou quasi et mettez le au minimum vous le verrez resté allumé 2 ou 3 h ........Exellent

This is a really neat product that creates serious ambiance as well as functional light. The light itself is glass and metal and feels solid but nit heavy. The included hard plastic carrying case is a must for protection. The flame can be dialed down very low or very high ( will shoot out above the glass ). There is a cut out in the glass that allows for lighting it. The flame adjusts easily and can be used for area or task lighting. This adds a warm light and mood you will not get from LEDs ( obviously). It's some "analog' goodness and will work with standard isobutane fuel mix canisters. Works when batteries are dead as long as you have fuel. I didn't run a test to completely empty a canister to see how long it would run but I did use it for a couple hours and my canister did not feel noticeably lighter.
