The media could not be loaded.  The universal remote control works great with my tv, my dog ate and destroyed my old one so this is a life saver.Easy to use, very similar and works just like my old one, was easy to set up too.Very good price so glad that i found it.

The remote is fine and serves its general purpose. However, the Disney+ and Hulu buttons don’t work. Pressing the Disney+ button opens Max, and pressing the Hulu button brings me back to the Fire TV home screen under the Live icon. The other two app buttons (Prime Video and Netflix) work fine.UPDATE: I added a star because I figured out how to fix the remote’s app buttons that I said weren’t working. I noticed other reviews mentioned these same buttons so figured I would share. The remote came out of the packaging working; in other words we began using it immediately and it worked instantly without having to do anything. We noticed the two buttons weren’t working but everything else worked fine. A week later I accidentally pressed the Alexa microphone button (we don’t use the Voice feature so I never bothered pressing it before); once I pressed it accidentally, the TV prompted me to pair the remote to the tv. I was surprised since the remote had been working the whole time and I assumed it somehow paired itself to the tv automatically. I followed the two steps to pair it to the tv. Once it was paired to the tv, it clicked in my head that maybe that’s why the Disney+ and Hulu buttons hadn’t worked before. I tested them both and sure enough, they both work now.To summarize: the remote will command your tv immediately when you open it, but that doesn’t mean it’s paired to it. Press the Alexa microphone button and follow the prompts to pair the remote to the tv. Finally, test the four app buttons. They should work.

I highly recommend this remote Very easy to use. I did not need pair with my TV. I just inserted new batteries and it worked.
