Boyz Toys RY520 De-Icing Rock Salt Grit for Keeping Driveways and Paths Clear of Ice & Snow - White 1kg Tub

We checked various product on line and decided this was the best option only to find it is a VERY VERRY small pot and would probably only do 1 day of snow and ice.A complete rip off.

Not value for money, given the style of pot in the picture and the price I expected big tub. It's so small I laughed when up opened it, and so did the test of my family. My fault for not checking the listing is only for 1kg, but rated 2* because the price for that amount is high.

Over-priced- This small pot of grit contained nowhere near enough for even our short drive and was ineffective on snow and ice. In the end we had to use cheap basic salt from the supermarket. I feel cheated

I ordered this item in bulk as during the bad weather spell that we had, I was unable to buy from the supermarkets, wicks and Argos ect, due to being sold out.I did think pricey however thought this is good stuff to have in when we experience such weather conditions.I gave my sister and mother some also.To my horror, the salt stained the ground and has took time and a lot of cleaning to remove it.This didn’t go down well as my mother had recently had new block paving.No I certainly would not be recvomenfing this product.

Seems cheaper than others but doesn't last as long as some..

This item was as described and easy to use. Really recommend it!

This 1kg tub at £9 must be the worst value for de-icing salt qualifies for the worst value for money on amazon!Have subsequently received a 25kg bag from another supplier......for the same price for 2kg charged by Boyz Toys.
