Received product. Did not know needed Uk adapter for plug-should be in description. Otherwise would give 5 stars. However mug is fantastic. I set it on ‘hot’- lasts hours with cover on. Love this product.

Weighty mug that is comfortable and satisfying in your hand, Only negative is it only has 3 heat setting and my ideal temp is between 1 & 2. Next time I will get a mug that goes up in degree increments.

Leider kein deutscher Stecker und auch nur Englische Anleitung. Leider hält der Akku (nach vollständiger Aufladung) nur 1,5 Std. Ich wollte den Nextmug zurückschicken bekomme aber keinen frankierten Retourenschein. Mir wurde zwar zugesichert, dass ich die Portokosten bis 20€ zurück bekomme. Bei der Post sagte man mir, dass es aber ca 52€ kostet.
