These are a bit heavier than a regular plastic fish spatula, but the weight's pretty well balanced and the material's durable and easy to clean. The two sizes are good, and the handles work well for a relatively small hand.

The small one works great for getting under food and flipping stuff, etc. Is rigid enough to support some weight. The big one is too thick and thus doesn't get under food well.

We used to use the Rachael Ray brand fish turner spatulas but always had to end up throwing them away rather quickly because of the peeling nylon material and staining. These are a game changer for us. They have held up extremely well and there is minimal if ANY signs of wear and tear on them. They hold up well in the dishwasher and seem very heat resistant thus far. If I had to be super critical I would say I wish they were slightly more flexible, but overall I love them and will buy again!
