The media could not be loaded. The product is very high quality and well functioning product, it is very effective in making dry and oil free healthy snacks like popcorn, I will recommend everyone to buy this product.

The top Lid was missing.
I ordered this machine and it came without the lid. Imagine what good is a popcorn machine if the popcorn are going to fly out. The packaging also looked cheap as if they sold already a returned defective piece. Highly disappointed.

Don't buy it ... Product stopped working after single use only..... Overall parts are low quality... There is not even brands name specification on product...

Poor finish
Many products like this were in the market but i chose the costliest one and found it to be low grade. Please do not go by rating as company offer incentive to give good rating . Do not fall for it for the sake of other prospective customers. Pictures of product will be explanatory . Warranty part is very ambiguous . You do not have any thing in written regarding 12 yrs warranty . Look ridiculous .
