The install was easy and the video quality is great. I've been using for almost two months and I've had no issues. I was also recently rear ended in morning traffic and the rear camera showed the driver looking down at his phone. The video was was clear and felt like it was mounted on his car with the quality and clarity. Would purchase again and again if needed. Update...on 12/17/25 I was involved in an accident. The video was clear and showed my green light and the other driver turn into my lane from his red light. Would have been for sure his word against mine. Showed video to insurance and he was 100% at fault.

Reliable
This is my forth Viofo thru the years on my forth car. Each time the upgrade features get better n better. Most of all, it has never failed on me. I consider it reliable.

Pic not as clear as advertised at night.
Picture isn't as clear as it would seem to be in advertised pics for nighttime. Overall easy to install if your not in a hurry and works well.

It was easy to install on our very old car, though we did have to fiddle with the settings for a while.

Very Nice
Read a lot of reviews on dash cams. Ended up going with the Viofo. Now my wife has one in her car as does my son. So we have 3 cameras all working flawlessly. Even got a video of someone flipping me off walking in front of me for no reason. Good times!

Hard wire kit is disaster !!!
Not good at all , spent much times and pay too much for but it doesn’t worth it !
