Really helpful
This stool has been a great help as I am partially disabled and can't stand for long. I only wish it could be a little taller and the seat could have some elastic or something so that I could move the chair easily without having to pack it away until I am ready to put it in the bag. |Thinking of getting more for presents for use in the training field for my friends as gifts

Functional but a bit awkward
This would be great for tailgating situations or just when in need of an extra seat. However, it is a bit awkward to carry around for someone who’s limited in mobility. If carried in a bag, it needs to be removed from the bag and pulled apart before it can be sat on. Being in a public place, it’s a little more involved and draws attention since it takes longer to pop open than a folding chair, example. Opening it up can be hit or miss, sometimes it sticks or you have difficulty getting a grip of the holes inside the seat. Closing it is probably easier but it does stick at the very least leg of its collapse- it doesn’t slide easily into a flat position so it can be carried with the strap or put back into its carrying bag. The cushion is a nice feature but the holes are very deep while the pegs of the cushion is very short so it doesn’t stay on the seat when carried. I’ve added several layers deep of round Velcro to the holes so it will meet the pegs of the cushion and keep the cushion in place better. Overall, it’s sturdy and functional as a seat.

My Tiovo Folding Camping Stool is useful in SO many ways!
We LOVE our two Tiovo Folding Camping Stools, and use them all the time. I discovered these lightweight collapsible portable stools at an outdoor concert where the hand drummer used one of these. We take them almost everywhere we might need to sit down where there are no seats or not enough seats for everyone. We sometimes use these as a footstool watching TV in our RV. We sometimes use these as a side table next to our outdoor folding chairs. We take these if we will need to stand in line. The seat cushion is surprisingly comfortable, and makes them more versatile by being removable. The nylon bag is a back pack, when full with the stool it’s light and easy to carry.Square Collapsible Portable Stool with Seat Cushion & Nylon Bag

Ideal field tech stool
I had seen these advertised or in my feed/searches. And was apprehensive about how well they'd hold up. A fellow co-worker bought one and I purchased the same day after seeing it in person.First off how they 'lock' in position was my main concern. Though it would be a friction deal. But no. It is basically a bayonet style. So it locks into position.Second concern was weight it can hold. Always de-rate by 25%. Rated capacities on most things are if static, no movement under load, etc.So far, after a few months, it's been great. Adjustable height. Though a little higher would be nice. Collapses very compact. (I will change the carry handle to a system that works better for me)I'm happy with it.

Check stool is locked
Worked well all weekend. Turned a bit sitting on it and it crashed to the ground breaking in pieces. Recommended you check locking.

Easily handles 400lbs, convenient and portable
I was skeptical and didn't trust that this stool would actually support as much weight as claimed. Bought it for my partner who is lighter than me, but we wanted a stool that either of us could use in a pinch. Finally had the opportunity to use it a few weeks ago, and it supported me with no issues. I suspect that the stool handles the weight best when not stressed in odd directions, so I am careful to keep the stool vertical at all times. Even though I may lean forward, I'm careful not to tilt the stool with me. So far, so good. One small complaint: the cushion falls off easily because there's no way to secure it. I know this intentional, to allow you to remove the cushion to access the finger holds for extending/collapsing the stool, but I wish there was a magnet or a strap of some kind to secure it. I can't carry the stool by the strap because the cushion will fall, so I have to use the carrying bag to keep the cushion contained.

Can't handle 320lps for more than a few months
This is my 2nd expanding stool, first one was rated at 350lps, folded after a week. I got this other one which is supposed to be able to handl 550 pounds, that was in feb 2023, it is now Aug 2023 and while it has worked over several trips, it folded today. I way 320, well within the test weight.I'll likely by another one because I've not seen another stool that is this compact and advertizes the weight, but my trust in it is now rather shaken. Luckily I did not hurt myself when I fell as this folded on me.

Sturdy and portable
Took this to Orlando and it was a lifesaver at the Disney parks. Used it for some of the slower moving lines or just a place to rest in the shade. It had no problem holding my weight and it set up and collapsed easily and fit fine in our backpack.Sad to report it was not allowed at the Universal parks, which are much more restrictive on what you can take in and even take on rides with you.
