Hello! Pharmacist here. I've tried many different mushroom blends before but decided to give this try. I work 12 hours shifts and then on my days off I read and learn a lot. This blend gave a nice steady focus all throughout my shift and removes a lot of anxiety. It really made my thinking clearer and a lot easier to digest information. I even noticed it's easier to socialize (just seems it puts you into more relaxed state). I also exercise and was less fatigue these 30 days. I will be using this product going forward. Really thankful for this.

This supplement hasn't really shown me any vast improvements or anything. I've taken the recommended dose for the recommended time and there have been absolutely no dramatic changes. It's possible that it simply doesn't work for me. I don't wish to speak against it because this may actually work for others. So this will be completely up to you to try.

I’ve been taking this supplement for over a month. It has been beneficial for my immune system and decreased daily stress level. I’ve been also shedding some lb since it looks like it decreases my cravings to sweets. My memory and focus have been on point. It keeps me going through the day. I do not need an afternoon cup of coffee to keep me going through the day. Great product! Highly recommend!

Unlike some other mushroom supplements that I have used, these had a fairly strong mushroom flavor when I opened the bottle. However, the capsules aren't hard to swallow. I am not sure how I feel about using them again. Most of the time I take individual mushrooms and this is a mix so I think there is probably advantage to both, depending on what you are looking for.You need 2 pills a day, per the bottle so this bottle of 60 pills would last 30 days if you follow those directions.
